Q:  How do I lease my unit from Sawnee Storage?
A:  For your convenience Sawnee Storage can e-mail your lease to you or we can send it via 
     U.S. Mail. You may also pick up a lease agreement at our management office. Click here for
     more information. 

Q:
  Can my family members also access my unit?
A:  Yes, anyone who uses your access code will be allowed through the security gate.

Q:  Can I access my unit on holidays?
A:  Yes, Sawnee Storage is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Q:  Does Sawnee Storage provide insurance coverage for my possessions?
A:  While Sawnee Storage makes every effort to reasonably secure your possessions,
     Sawnee Storage does not provide insurance coverage for customer's possessions while
     those possessions are stored within the individual units. Insurance coverage is the
     responsibility of the customer. Customer Storage Insurance is made available at the
     time the lease is signed.  

Q:  Am I required to obtain Customer Storage Insurance at the time the lease is signed?
A:  While it is strongly recommended that the customer obtain insurance for the 
     possessions being stored at Sawnee Storage, the insurance coverage is optional and
     may be obtained at a later date, if so desired.
